For 7 years of playing Daenerys Targaryen, Emilia Clarke has never dyed her hair blonde and always used a wig. However, before shooting of the final season of the TV series, the actress decided to release her inner Daenerys and become a blonde.

Emilia has already shared the photo of her new hair color on Instagram and wrote: “AAAAHHHHHHH SHHHHIIIII****** I done did it. Mother of dragons meet Emilia. Emilia meet mother of dragons. If you squint just so you might never know”.

The shooting of the final episodes of “Game of Thrones” will start this October, but the date of the series release is still unknown. It’s most likely that we will see the new episodes only in 2019.
